- 6 Cups cubed, cooked potatoes
- 1 lb. cooked green beans (cut)
- 3/4 Cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup Ott's Famous Dressing
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 hard-cooked egg, sliced
- 1 Cup chopped sweet pickles
- 1/4 Cup minced onion
Blend the 2 dressings, mustard, salt, and pepper in large bowl. Add cool potatoes, green beans, eggs (save a few slices for garnish), sweet pickles and onion. Toss lightly.
Makes 3 quarts.
