- 1 - 18 oz. bottle of Ott's SDC Barbecue Sauce
- 1/4 Cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 Cup apple cider
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 Cup brown sugar
Place cut-up chicken in large sauce pan, add 1/2 tsp salt, cover with water and parboil for 30 minutes. Drain water from chicken. Place chicken into marinade sauce, stirring to coat well and refrigerate for one to two hours. Stir occasionally.
To grill: Place chicken over medium heat. Baste with marinade sauce and turn every 5 minutes. Cook for 20 minutes or until done.
