Picnic Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 Cups cubed, cooked potatoes
  • 1 lb. cooked green beans (cut)
  • 3/4 Cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup Ott's Famous Dressing
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 hard-cooked egg, sliced
  • 1 Cup chopped sweet pickles
  • 1/4 Cup minced onion

Preparation

Blend the 2 dressings, mustard, salt, and pepper in large bowl. Add cool potatoes, green beans, eggs (save a few slices for garnish), sweet pickles and onion. Toss lightly. Makes 3 quarts.
